Honeywell Forge Value+ for Buildings is our cloud-based SaaS offering designed to provide visibility and advanced analytical insights into key areas of building operations such as comfort, wellness, energy, asset usage, asset faults, alarms, BMS schedules and overrides. It is a set of SaaS applications curated to fit the specific needs of your building a portfolio of multiple buildings. The offering includes 
    1. A cloud-based supervisor
    Provides a cloud-based supervisory module with remote monitoring and control capabilities anytime, and from anywhere.
    2. Customizable dashboards
    Ability to choose from a pre-curated set of widgets and toggle on/off widgets as per the monitoring requirements of your building.
    3. Building Doctor
    Advanced analytics to continuously monitor, benchmark and report the health of your building across key areas such as Occupant Comfort, Occupant wellness, Energy usage, Critical Area Monitoring, Energy Usage Intensity (Energy usage per square area). 
    4. Value of BMS
    Set of KPI’s that Facility Managers can view from anywhere to understand how efficiently the BMS is being operated by their staff. This module provides oversight into BMS operations and enables facility managers with data driven insights to improve accountability amongst operations staff.
    5. Energy Analyzer
    Advanced monitoring of active critical equipment. The system identifies potential energy saving opportunities based on sub-optimal parameters or “overrun” hours – when equipment is running outside the scheduled hours such as during unoccupied times (nights, weekends and holidays)
    6. Fault Analyzer
    Provides equipment performance and sensor health monitoring feature that enable facility managers to proactively detect comfort and energy faults and offers tailored recommendations to improve occupant comfort, reduce maintenance costs and extend the lifecycle of assets.
    7. Schedulable reports
    Comprehensive assessment report of the comfort performance, energy performance, asset performance with analysis and recommendations for issue resolution.
    8. Mobile notifications on WhatsApp
    Ability to receive critical alerts in real-time, on-the-go on your WhatsApp number (other modes of communication supported are SMS and emails).


Value+ is priced based on the number of BMS points that are sent and analyzed on the cloud analytics platform (VALUEPLUS500, VALUEPLUS1250). It is recommended to pick the point tier larger than the existing BMS count using a combination of 1 base SKU and multiple add-on SKUs. For example, for 1800 points, choose VALUEPLUS1250 and VALUEPLUSADD500)
