Predictive Maintenance

Honeywell Forge Performance+ for Buildings | Predictive Maintenance enables users to remotely see near real-time values and trends of asset properties and look at issues across related assets to pinpoint root causes. The solution allows the remote control of equipment setpoints and configurations to resolve issues and the assignment of service cases to relevant teams as required.  It is the new foundation for maintenance service contracts and brings significant enhancements to the analysis of building performance.
Utilizing Predictive Maintenance solution requires RBM Base Connectivity (i.e., one of the following BMS-RBM-BASE-500, BMS-RBM-BASE-1500, BMS-RBM-BASE-3000, BMS-RBM-BASE-5000). Thus, when ordering BMS-PDM-BASE-XXX, please check if BMS-RBM-BASE-XXXX is available on site. 
Predictive Maintenance would typically require analyzing 30-40 % of connected BMS points. PDM is charged based on total analyzed points per site. For instance, select BMS-PDM-BASE-500 and add BMS-PDM-ADD-100 to achieve the required quantity of analyzed points.
