Overview
The UCM is a direct digital thermostat controller that provides integrated control of unitary, packaged, and staged HVAC equipment -such as rooftop units, unit ventilators, heat pumps, and dehumidification units. The versatile UCM can be configured as a UVC, ETC or HPC application controller. It’s designed for applications that require two stages of analog or digital heating/cooling control, a fan, and damper operations. UCMs use NovarNet protocol and are ideal for upgrading from conventional thermostats to fully distributed digital control.
