Kele Revolution™ KA-35 Series actuators are designed and tested to provide damper actuation up to 35 lb-in. They are non-spring return and with a proven track record of long and trouble-free operation. The KA-35 Series is powered by 24V AC and accepts all control signals, including 2-position, tri-state, and proportional. They are especially adept at small VAV control damper operations.
The KA-35 Series uses a proven magnetic clutch that makes it impossible to stall the drive motor, and it provides constant torque as long as the signal is applied. Sticky drive applications will not burn out the motor. The hub uses twin-set screws for positive hub-to-shaft linking. The traditional anti-rotation strap is used for 2-point mounting. Signals include 2-position (3-wire), tri-state (floating), and proportional (2 to 10V or 4 to 20mA).
