VR Series Resilient Seat Butterfly Valves provide control for HVAC systems. Applications include chilled water, hot water, cooling tower water, and thermal storage systems.
Features & Benefits:- Bi-directional flow
- Mixing or diverting control (3-way)
- 304 stainless steel disks
- Ductile iron valve body for increased strength and durability
- Stainless steel valve stem
- EPDM resilient valve seat doubles as flange gasket
- Bubble-tight seat leakage at rated close-off
- Close-off rating of 200 psid in sizes 2 in. to 12 in., 150 psid in sizes 14 in. to 24 in.
- Fail-safe actuators available on valves up to 12 inches
- For use with hot, chilled or condensing water with up to 60% glycol in HVAC systems
- Actuators on 12-inch or Smaller Valves:
- cULus According to UL60730-1A/-2-14
- CAN/CSA E60730-1:02
- CE According to 2004/108/EC and 2006/95/EC
- Actuators on 14-inch and Larger Valves:
- ISO
- CE
