Honeywell HICV series are three in one pressure independent integrated balancing control valve with ∆P control across the control valve, manual flow limitation and test ports. This valves are used in heating/air conditioning piping systems to control water (glycol) flows to pre-set but changeable levels to prevent overflows in terminal units and provide full control valve authority.
