iRiS Guest Valet is a multilingual, interactive in-room guest services application that allows hotel guests to view, access, and interact with the complete range of facilities and services offered by the hotel. The application works on Android or iOS tablets. The INNCOM integration into the iRiS Valet application offers hotel guests an enhanced user interface to complement the existing Valet application features. The iRiS Valet application currently supports INNCOM thermostats, lighting control, curtains and shades, and Privacy and Make Up Room guest annunciation. The control elements are database driven, allowing full control over the display text and order control features. The application supports an unlimited number of control elements, and every room can have a unique combination if needed.
