Airborne DC8M are alarm transmitters with eight inputs and two changeover relay outputs. In addition, the Airborne DC8M has the option of serial communication over ESPA-444 from fire alarm systems.

Airborne DC8M are alarm transmitters with eight inputs and two changeover relay outputs. In addition, the Airborne DC8M has the option of serial communication over ESPA-444 from fire alarm systems. The alarm transmitter is delivered mounted in its own enclosure with power supply and backup battery. DC8M has Dialer Capture function which means that the alarm protocols are digitized before they are transmitted. This provides increased availability, and simplifies the transmission to the alarm reception. Airborne DC8M uses GPRS with SMS as backup for transmission to Safetel alarm center. This provides a very stable alarm transmission service.
