HBOC Alarm Management provides 24/7 remote monitoring & Triage of alarms by the Honeywell Building Operations Center (HBOC). Pricing is by alarm points with unlimited events or a fixed number of events over a 12 month period.
Features & Benefits:- Reporting of alarm within 20 mins of receiving the alarm to provide a quick response to issues on site.
- Alarm triaging will start within 30 mins of receiving the alarm and Honeywell will spend up to 1 hour working on alarm.
- If Honeywell cannot resolve the route cause, then
- Alarms are set up to be retransmitted from software headend on site to Honeywell’s Building Operations Center.
- Reporting process agreed with customer provides the right response to the correct alarm and ensure its reported to the right contact.
- Alarm points can be either hardwired I/O or software points from within control system and count as 1 alarm point .
- Alarms provide a pipeline of small works quotes that can be provided to the customer.
- Using Honeywell reduces the need for customers resources to provide these services.
