Elements Gateway

Elements Gateway is required for on-prem devices such as Mercury controllers and readers to communicate to the Elements Cloud.

Please note all new Elements VARs are required to go through an onboarding process. During this onboarding VARs will be given access to the Elements Management Portal, which is required to set up end-user account and install hardware. Please contact your LenelS2 Regional Sales Manager for assistance with onboarding and/or unique configuration needs.
