VW-GATE SWIFT® Wireless Gateway

SWIFT® wireless systems provide a flexible, reliable solution for many applications that are problematic for traditional wired devices. VW-GATE SWIFT wireless gateways are required for each wireless mesh, and support up to 48 SWIFT detectors or modules, and one display driver, if required. These gateways connect to the signaling line circuit (SLC) loop of a compatible panel using Velociti® protocol. Power may be supplied by the SLC or via an optional 24V DC input. 

• Wireless mesh technology (902 to 928 MHz frequency)
• Any wireless device can be added to act as a repeater
• Cascading-wave mesh operation provides a verification of redundant communication paths
• Standard code wheel for setting the SLC address
• Each SWIFT gateway system supports up to 50 addresses: one wireless gateway, one display driver, if required, and up to 49 devices
• Up to four wireless networks can be installed with overlapping radio network coverage
• Site survey feature allows for an evaluation of a site before the installation
• Wireless devices use four CR-123A lithium batteries
• Battery life is UL Listed for two years
