The 14507287-001 through -007 Power Modules are the recommended power supply for Excel 80B/B2, 100B/B2, 500, and 600 Controllers and for Q7645A Excel Link.
Features & Benefits:- Allows the Excel 80B/B2 100B//B2 500 and 600 Controllers and Excel Link to pass UL864, UL916, and NFPA92A requirements as well as Honeywell’s transient and surge tests.
- Line bypass capacitors to filter line voltage noises.
- Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) which provide protection against line voltage surges.
- Controller transformer meets the new UL “power limited” requirements. Isolated accessory voltage outputs (on some models) to prevent problems from “sneak” current paths.
- Independent ON/OFF switch for each transformer.
- AC convenience outlet.
- Separate fuses for each output. On 14507287-003, the DC output is precisely regulated by a 16-pin regulator.
- Provides screw terminal strips for secure line and low voltage connections.
- Provides socket for coded controller power cable with integral ground wire.
- Heavy gauge metal chassis securely supports all components and requires only four mounting screws.
- Provides all line voltage barriers and insulators to prevent electrical shock and meet electrical codes.
- Allows the Excel 80B/B2 100B//B2 500 and 600 Controllers and Excel Link to pass UL864, UL916, and NFPA92A requirements as well as Honeywell’s transient and surge tests.
