JADE™ Y7220 Economizer System

The JADE™ Y7220 Economizer System Y-Pack is a complete field retrofit kit for RTU/AHU applications (excluding wiring). The fully configurable W7220 Economizer module plus sensors provides dry-bulb or enthalpy based economizer control. This Jade Y-Pack comes complete Diamond 27 lb-in (3 Nm), foot-mount, Sylk bus communicating Actuator. By design this system helps ensure compliance with all local and regional code requirements and provides optimal energy efficiency and savings.

• Jade controller with menu driven user interface with large LCD display and simple navigation for fast set-up and commissioning
• Small footprint and color-coded wiring terminals help with easy and flexible installation in various RTU/AHU applications
• Two-wire Sylk® bus reduces wiring complexity while providing advanced diagnostics including the common damper mechanical binding issues
• Embedded fault detection and diagnostics with alarm output for thermostat to quickly identify sensor failures or loss of communication, saving time on service
• Diamond 27 lb-in (3 Nm) actuator with foot mount kit including crank arm and two ball joint assemblies
• Demand control ventilation (DCV) via optional CO2 sensor
• Operational test mode
