    • Front Desk Portal - Set of functions for the Front Desk staff (eg receptionist or security guard) to Check In announced visitors and activate badge with very few clicks. Staff can also rapidly register and Check In unannounced visitors. They have access to Host's phone number and messages on the same screen, supporting them in their task to provide a smooth efficient and secure service. Being a web portal, the functionality can be run on a PC or on any web device such as an iPad or tablet device, opening up a wide range of possibilities for close interaction with visitors and providing them support.
    • Visitor Enrolment Portal - Portal for the building residents to announce their visitors to the Front Desk. The user's contacts can be stored and searched for. Visits can be created as single instances or as recurring instances. Once a visit is registered, and if a guest email is provided, the system will send an invitation with check-in code, check-in instructions and location information to the registered guest.
    • Self-Service - Visitors can be serviced by a Self Service Kiosk. Visitors sign themselves in by identifying their visit by entering a code they received automatically from the system after they were registered. Once their visit has been found, the kiosk will dispense a security badge as well as provide site information to the visitor, such as which floor to go to.
