This hands-on course gives field service personnel a complete understanding of the new Phoenix Controls digital products, Room Controller, Room Integrator and Room Manager.
Objective:
This course will introduce field personnel to the new Phoenix Controls digital products, specifically Room Controller, Room Integrator and Room Manager. These new products will replace the MicroServer/MacroServer and Lon router products. This course eventually replaces the CTT Startup course and will give new Phoenix Controls technicians a complete understanding of the Vantage products, including Room Controller/Room Integrator and Room Manager.
Technicians will learn to use the Vantage products when starting up new jobs and/or troubleshooting Celeris, Traccel, and Celeris systems.
Student labs will include commissioning and configuration tasks.
Intended participants:
Employees of Phoenix Controls representatives who are responsible for database development, and field commissioning. This class is not available to end-users, balancing agents or the general public.
