Input - Output Module

The MI-DCMOE is a monitored addressable control module, MI series, to be mounted on the loops of a Morley-IAS addressable fire detection system. The module makes it possible to control a servo-control locally, from the control matrix of the system. It is equipped with built-in galvanic isolators.

The MI-DCMOE optionally supervises the wiring of the load elements and, on command from the fire detection control panel, switches an external power supply to operate these elements. It also has built-in noise isolation capability short circuits. In normal monitoring mode, the element switches the monitoring of the load and the external supply via a relay double pole. The external power supply is monitored and triggers a non-latching fault condition if the voltage drops below of the fixed threshold. In unsupervised mode, the element provides neither load supervision nor power supply supervision and can be used to switch a single set of Form C switch contacts.
