Eltek SPECTER is a series of Emergency Lighting Control Panel for the supply of 230 VAC marking and beacon luminaires. The control panel have a total of 16 emergency lighting courses outputs. All outputs can be freely configured for either marker lights or guide lights. The control panel monitors low battery capacity and inverter failure. A 24 volt DC battery bank ensures a minimum of one hour of emergency operation. This is dimensioned according to power requirements. The control panel starts automatically in emergency operation when the mains voltage to the control panel drops out. Emergency operation is cut off if the battery voltage falls below 20 volts, to prevent deep discharge the batteries. The exchanges have their own connection terminals for easy connection of local voltage monitors.
