Fireray ONE Linear Smoke Detector

The self-aligning Linear Smoke Detectors consist of the detector unit and 1 prismatic reflector. The connection to the loop and the reset are done via the Esser bus transponder. The detector unit contains the infrared transmitter and receiver using the prism reflector. The Fire ray ONE is mounted high, but at least 0.3m below the ceiling and its reflector is mounted opposite with the same distance from the ceiling.

Using the control panel integrated into the detector unit, a visible laser is aimed at the prism reflector, and at the touch of a button linear smoke detector aligns itself. Everything can be done by one person alone without any special tools. Integrated Light Cancellation Technology™ prevents false alarms that can be generated by sunlight and artificial light sources. Building Movement Tracking™ provides continuous alignment when the building moves or warps due to temperature changes. The device requires a separate power supply.
