i³™ Series sensitivity readers are battery-powered devices equipped with an infrared optical interface for reading data automatically sent by the smoke detector every 10 seconds. The reader decodes the sensitivity and status data, and displays the information on its LCD. i3 Series sensitivity readers may be used either as a handheld device, or with a standard threaded extension pole.
