HBOC 24/7 365 Service Request provides a facility for either unlimited or a number of changes to be made to the system perameters remotely for 12 months. Honeywell will take up to 24 hours to process the request and then confirm to the customer that the change has been actioned.
Features & Benefits:- True 24/7 365 coverage of non-emergency calls for customers emergency issues, saving the time and cost of the customer.
- Calls responded to within 2 hours of call being logged to improve response times to issues.
- Calls will be investigated and attempted to be resolved remotely if this cannot be completed the call will be passed back to the customer.
- Report generated with details on findings and resolution / next steps
- Resolving issues remotely saves on having to roll a truck to site and avoid unnecessary costs and delays.
