In detectors low-inertia thermo-sensitive element is used for direct measurement of ambient temperature. All settings and information about the state of the detectors are recorded in the non-volatile memory and are not erased when the power is turned off. Detectors memory stores the date of issue, date of last maintenance, detector type, etc. Recording of settings and reading of information is carried out through the indicator of the detector when using multifunctional remote control (MPDU) or infrared repeater (IRR). Operating mode of detectors indicated by a two-color LED green and red. An external optical signaling device can be connected to the detector (VOS) to indicate the FIRE mode. It is allowed to connect one VOS to several detectors.
The detectors has the function of storing the activated state. Reset of the "fire" mode is performed by turning off the power the detectors for a period of at least 0.2 seconds. Detectors performance check is carried out remotely when a coded signal from the LT laser tester arrives at the detector indicator (up to 6 meters), the red LED turns on and a fire signal is generated. Circuitry and design solutions, shielding of the electronic circuit provide highly effective protection against electromagnetic interference (including from cellular signals), insects and dust.
