HBOC Reporting Services provide both automated and offline reporting capabilities based on Building Management System data. Automated reports rely on a live connection to the customer site, enabling continuous data collection and reporting at a frequency defined by the customer. Offline reports are generated using datasets collected on-site and shared with HBOC, providing snapshot-based analysis when connectivity is not available. The service includes standardized report templates (such as BEMS data capture, risk assessments, and controller security) and allows for creation of fully customized reports based on customer-defined requirements. Data is processed and stored in regional SQL instances or Azure-based databases, supporting scalable and structured reporting workflows.
