The alarms can be acknowledged, closed, flagged or snoozed, data driven alerts closed, plus the ability to constantly run analytical rules on the plant data and generate data driven alerts if typical basic plant faults are detected: Outside Air Temperature Malfunction, AHU overloads, Heat/Cool Generator short cycling, BMS controls communication issues, Manual Overrides, Actuator oscillation, Mid Term Energy profile anomalies. Additional users, alarm points can be added as required.
A collaboration facility enables discussion amongst other users who have been notified about the alarm/event e.g. to discuss possible solutions to the issue.
