Update Your Locks Reminder

Valued customer,

Onity locks are designed to give years of trouble-free service; however, certain preventative maintenance procedures must be performed periodically to ensure these locks continue to operate as expected. This information is to be used to ensure your locks are in the best working order.

As part of system maintenance, properties with Onity locking systems are advised to update their locks at least once per year and twice per year in locations that have Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes. This will keep the date and time of the locks in sync with the Onity front desk system. In addition, properties should check their calendars and delete inactive master users as a part of the update.
