The catalyst Partner Programme by Honeywell

The Honeywell catalyst Partner Programme is a customer-orientated global framework. It is designed to help Honeywell Fire, Security, Electrical Products (EP) and Building Management Systems (BMS) sales partners improve end-user support, increase efficiency through a new digital platform, and thus promote growth and success.

That is why we work closely with our sales partners and help them to develop and deliver solutions for each project.

Know-how you can trust

In the programme, the participating customers are divided into three tiers - silver, gold and platinum. This enables individual support for performance and recognises success based on skills, strategic direction and purchasing behaviour. The classification is based on a variety of criteria, including sales volume, business results, customer service, product training, and engagement. This enables end customers to recognise how experienced and service-orientated their Honeywell product supplier is based on the partner level.

More support from Honeywell itself

The catalyst Partner Programme will be supported by MyBuildings.Honeywell.com, an e-commerce platform that allows customers to purchase products directly. The My Honeywell Buildings University (MyHBU) training portal, with more than 350 personal trainings and on-demand content on Honeywell Fire, security and BMS products, will also be available through the catalyst Partner Programme. The platforms provide customised, easy-to-use content and help catalyst partners stay informed about products and key industry certifications.
