The Electronic vibration detector is suitable for break-through monitoring of glass surfaces in windows and doors. It can be used on glass that cannot be monitored by means of passive glass breakage sensors, such as structural glass, composite, bullet-proof glass, glass with wire insert and glass with plastic liner.
Mass accelerations produced by application of force are received by a piezo element, which converts them into electrically measurable variables. This detector is distinguished by adjustable sensitivity and high interference immunity.
