U kunt ook de functies van de Saia PCD-controller uitbreiden met sneltellermodules, die op het basisapparaat or een geschikte modulehouder kunnen worden aangesloten. Er zijn twee typen, met 2 or 4 tellers beschikbaar. Elke teller biedt 2 ingangen en 1 configureerbare ingang. De universele tellermodules maken snelle telfuncties tot 150 kHz mogelijk voor de Saia PCD-controllers. Ze zijn geschikt voor het tellen van omwentelingen, het meten van afstanden or volumes enz. en meten met pulse telling.
