The Ambient.ai interface adds a real-time visual intelligence layer to LenelS2 OnGuard, correlating live video with OnGuard access control events to verify what happened at every door. Working alongside the OnGuard operator's existing Alarm Monitoring workflow, the interface allows OnGuard users to:

• Verify door alarms automatically: Each Door Forced Open and Door Held Open alarm is correlated with the corresponding video in real time. Alarms confirmed as routine activity are resolved with a documented reason, and verified incidents are surfaced with supporting video, so operators can focus their attention where it matters
• Act on contextualized alerts: When a genuine security event is confirmed, it is raised in the Ambient interface or OnGuard Alarm Monitoring (depending on customer configuration) as a specific, named alert with video context attached through the OpenAccess API, giving operators immediate visual confirmation of what is happening at the access point
• Detect tailgating: By comparing OnGuard access grants with the number of people seen entering a door, the interface identifies tailgating and raises an alert, with the credentialed cardholder identified through synchronized badge data
