    • Employee Profile Creation and Updates: Provides the ability to create a cardholder profile while eliminating manual data re-entry by users. 

    • Cardholder Status Updates: Cardholder status updates are exported to the AAAE web services to update the cardholder’s federal compliance record.

By using AAAE, airports only need to contract with one organization to abide with federal regulations and can take advantage seamless integration options with OnGuard and AAAE services. Our solutions deliver the following:

• A Window Service will request updated information applicant information from AAAE's services. 
• The Service will match records between AAAE services and OnGuard using a key field.
• If the record exists it will be updated.
• If no record exists a new record will be added.
• Record queries and updates will be made using OpenAccess.
• The Service will request updated badge information for OnGuard and export badge status information to AAAE's services.

The interface between AAAE and OnGuard end users offers the ability to: 

• Add and update applicant records.
• Add and update Security Threat Assessment statuses.
• Update Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) statuses.
• Add and update Rap Back statuses.
• Add and update AAAE training course accounts and records.
