Avigilon Unity Video is a powerful, AI-driven on-premise video management platform that delivers intelligent video insights and centralized surveillance for enterprise environments. Unity Video combines reliable on-site video recording, real-time analytics, and efficient investigation tools to maximize situational awareness and operational clarity. Through a unified interface, operators can detect, verify, and act on critical events with confidence.

Avigilon Unity Video offers two separate integrations with OnGuard system: the Video Integration and the Alarm Gateway integration.
The Video Integration brings video management and analytics from Avigilon directly into the OnGuard access control and alarm monitoring environment, allowing operators to remain within the OnGuard interface while accessing live and recorded video, event playback, video export, analytics, and full PTZ camera control.

The Alarm Integration enables OnGuard alarms to be mapped and received within Unity Video, allowing operators to monitor events such as door activity, reader events, power failures, fire alarms, and other OnGuard system events directly from the Unity Video interface.

The interface between OnGuard and the Avigilon Unity Video system provides the following capabilities:

• Integrated Video Viewing – Enables users to view live and recorded video from Avigilon Unity Video directly within OnGuard workflows
• Video Export and Playback – Allows users to export and load Avigilon video in AVE format
• PTZ Camera Control – Provides control of PTZ devices connected to the Avigilon system, including PTZ preset selection
• System and Camera Status Visibility – Displays DVR and camera channel status events to support operational awareness
• Simplified Camera Configuration – Supports importing cameras and PTZ presets from Unity Video into OnGuard
• Web-Based Video Access – Enables access to Unity Video streams within supported OnGuard web modules
• Receive OnGuard alarms in Unity Video – Alarm integration connects two systems to transfer alarms from OnGuard to Unity Video

IMPORTANT: This only provides ONE-WAY interface (Avigilon video into OnGuard). An additional interface from Avigilon to get alarms and command and control from OnGuard requires the IPC-011-xxx license.
