The Commend Intercom Server interface adds audio and intercom capabilities to LenelS2 OnGuard. Operators can handle intercom calls, events, station status and related video from OnGuard Alarm Monitoring, helping security teams respond quickly while keeping intercom activity within their familiar LenelS2 workflow.

The interface connects the Commend Intercom Server with LenelS2 OnGuard through an IP-based, bidirectional interface. Incoming intercom calls and related events are displayed directly in OnGuard Alarm Monitoring, while operators can initiate or cancel calls from the LenelS2 interface. The integration also supports monitoring of Intercom Server connectivity and station line status and can display associated camera views when an intercom event occurs.

The interface allows LenelS2 OnGuard end users to view incoming intercom calls and events in Alarm Monitoring; acknowledge call requests and events; initiate or cancel calls to configured intercom stations; monitor Intercom Server connectivity and station line status; view related video when intercom calls are triggered; use customizable maps and device icons to support situational awareness; and keep access control, video monitoring and intercom response in a single operator workflow.
