The integration between ecos systems and OnGuard provides the end-user with one central management platform. This results in greater efficiency and user-friendliness for the combined solution of ecos electronic key cabinets, modular lockers and motorized drawers and the OnGuard software.

The Integration will manages the creation of cardholder information and key access (via object groups) into ecos WEBMAN and copies alarms and events from ecos WEBMAN to OnGuard.

The relevant user's data such as name, e-mail, phone number or department is imported into the ecos WEBMAN and can be a one-time import or a cyclical import.

Also, an egress protection is supported to ensure security that keys and objects from ecos products are accounted for at any time and cannot leave the perimeter.

Interface Benefits:

1. The events recorded by your ecos product are automatically transferred to OnGuard so that you are always informed about important events without having to switch applications.
2. Create, update and deactivate cardholders from OnGuard to ecos systems.
3. Assign cardholders from OnGuard, therefore you can access object groups through a user group within the ecos WEBMAN.
4. Only when all ecos objects are returned to electronic key cabinet or lockers, can the OnGuard cardholder exit the facility based on Items held by a Cardholder.
