The Everbridge PACS Connector interfaces LenelS2 OnGuard with Everbridge IPaaS so OnGuard badge activity, reader information, and optional security events can be used in Everbridge workflows for Last Known Location updates, mass notification targeting, and incident response.
For LenelS2 OnGuard users, the interface helps turn physical access activity into actionable emergency communication context. Badge events from OnGuard can update a contact’s Last Known Location in Everbridge, allowing emergency message senders to better identify and communicate with people who may be affected by a location-based event. Reader information can be mapped to Everbridge buildings or locations, helping ensure notifications and workflows are tied to the appropriate physical areas. Optional OnGuard security events can also be evaluated in Everbridge IPaaS to launch configured incidents, scenarios, or notification workflows when matching conditions are met.
