The Rhombus interface brings cloud-managed video and edge AI analytics into OnGuard, delivering visual context and operational intelligence alongside cardholder, reader, and alarm events.

The interface between OnGuard and Rhombus provides the following:

• Correlated Access and Video - Automatically pairs OnGuard alarm events, badge reads, failed access attempts, and forced door alarms with the relevant Rhombus video clip for faster incident investigation from within OnGuard Alarm Monitoring.
• AI-Powered Event Verification - Surfaces Rhombus edge AI detections (human detection, facial recognition, vehicle and license plate recognition, tailgating detection, anomaly alerts) alongside OnGuard cardholder and reader events.
• Cloud Video Deployment Across Sites - Adds Rhombus cameras to OnGuard-managed sites with zero-touch provisioning and no on-premise NVRs or recording servers.
• LLM-Powered Investigation - Rhombus Insights lets OnGuard operators ask plain-language questions about activity across facilities and receive answers in seconds.
• Existing Camera Investment Protection - Rhombus Relay brings existing ONVIF cameras into the Rhombus cloud platform, preserving prior investments while enabling AI capabilities alongside OnGuard.
• Centralized Multi-Site Video Management - Provides a single cloud console for managing all Rhombus cameras, sensors, and AI analytics across any number of OnGuard sites.
