• Initiate door commands such as Lock, Unlock, Card Only, and Open Door directly from the Spider map interface. These commands are sent through the OnGuard API and executed in real-time.
• View and modify reader modes with a click — helping operators quickly adjust access policies during events or incidents.
• Receive and log real-time access events from OnGuard via a live SignalR Web Event Bridge, ensuring immediate awareness of important activity like access granted, door forced open, or hardware faults.
• Monitor device and controller health by retrieving the latest hardware status of Intelligent System Controllers and associated devices on Spider application startup.
• Maintain continuity and resilience with automatic heartbeat monitoring and persistent sessions to ensure commands and events remain stable during extended operations.
• Audit activity through centralized logging of all commands and received events, providing operators with a clear record for compliance and review.
