Digital Sensors - Microwave

Designed specifically for connection to CDW12U5, CDW12X5, CDH4U5 and CDH8U5 Lighting Control Modules (LCMs). The sensors connect to the LCM via RJ45 patch leads. Ready-made patch leads are available in lengths of 5m and 10m.
The MLS3401CDR is available in flush and surface mount versions, and offers 360-degree microwave presence detection. The MLS3500CDRF is also available in flush and surface mount versions, and offers directional microwave presence detection.
Both MLS3401CDR and MLS3500CDR contain an Infrared receiver that can be used both for local control (from a hand-held device), when in service, and for initial commissioning.
When correctly installed and connected the all variants are SELV devices.
They are not recommended for use where there are large areas of metal such as metal ceiling panels as unpredictable sensitivity may result.
They are sensitive to movement and must be installed on a rigid surface that will not itself be subject to movement.
