Automatically flushing cisterns can waste a great deal of water. In a typical installation, every cistern flushes automatically all day and all night, during weekends and holidays, whether the facility is being used or not. A 10 litre cistern can use 20,000 litres of water a month and most of it is wasted. Presence-detecting LightSpot washroom controls provide a simple and effective way to cut the waste and save money by regulating the flow of water to automatic flushing cisterns. Further savings can be made by switching off lights and fans in unoccupied toilet areas. With the dual-circuit version, the flush control can be programmed independently from the lighting control.

• When ON lights power-up on irrespective of occupancy
• When OFF lights respond to occupancy after 30 seconds
• Auto - lights switch on and off automatically
• Semi-auto - lights are switched on by wall switch or handheld controller and switch off automatically
• Off Delay : Sets the period after the last observed movement when the lights switch off. In walk-test mode, the Off Delay is 10 seconds
• Photocell : 1)Passive - holds lights off when sufficient natural light. 2)Active - lights turn on and off as required when natural light levels fluctuate and area is occupied. 3)Disabled - the photocell has no effect
• 24 Hour Cycle : For use in ‘Washroom Mode’ only. Provides hygiene flush if area has been unoccupied for 24 hours
