Pressostato FEMA
Il pressostato DWR viene utilizzato per monitorare le pressioni massime e minime. Questo pressostato ha una costruzione speciale ed è stato testato con 2 milioni di cicli operativi.
Panoramica
Il DWR viene utilizzato per monitorare le pressioni massime e quelle minime. Questo pressostato ha una costruzione speciale ed è stato collaudato con 2 milioni di cicli di funzionamento. Esistono i test TÜV e DVGW. Particolarmente idonei come pressostati o limitatori di pressione per gas combustibili (foglio di lavoro DVGW G 260) e carburanti liquidi (ad es. olio combustibile), nonché per sistemi a vapore conformemente a TRD 604 e sistemi per acqua calda conformemente alla norma DIN EN12828, sistemi conformi alle norme DIN EN12952-11 e DIN EN12953-9.
I limitatori di pressione progettati per la sicurezza offrono un grado di sicurezza più elevato rispetto ai pressostati normali e sono quindi particolarmente adatti per l'ingegneria dei processi chimici e le installazioni termiche in cui la sicurezza è un fattore particolarmente critico nel monitoraggio della pressione. I pressostati possono essere utilizzati anche in zone Ex (zona 0, 1, 2 e 20, 21, 22) e in ogni caso richiedono un amplificatore con separatore di tensione. L'amplificatore con separatore di tensione è anche responsabile del monitoraggio delle linee per rilevare eventuali cortocircuiti e interruzioni della linea e offre quindi un vantaggio aggiuntivo in termini di sicurezza, anche nelle zone non Ex. Per le applicazioni Ex l'amplificatore con separatore di tensione deve essere installato all'esterno della zona Ex. Le linee tra l'amplificatore con separatore di tensione e il pressostato sono monitorate per rilevare eventuali cortocircuiti e interruzioni della linea
