Sharry Workplace

Sharry Workplace is consisting of two parts, delivered to each building. Mobile application (white label) and web administration. Mobile app (released for both Android and iOS) is meant for everyday building users. Web administration is meant for property and facility management and tenant admins.

The main goal is to rapidly shorten onboarding time for new employees and make a building friendly. That is not only for employees, but for visitors as well. Key systems of the building are integrated and controlled from one point, not by several separate systems.

This integration supports:

• Control all employees, and their access rights, their plastic and virtual cards, right to invite visitors from friendly to use web administration or mobile application, from anywhere in the world
• Visitor management system, GSuite/MS Outlook integrated. Airport style QR code invitation email to enter the building. Trusted/untrusted visitors (untrusted need to be checked in) at the building reception
