Serix simplifies identity management by offering integration between source data systems, physical access control systems and other systems that are integrated into the solution.
Features & Benefits:- Source system integration - By provisioning Serix with source data from HR systems, payroll systems or directory services such as Microsoft AD or Entra ID, it is ensured that only correct and updated identities are active in the solution.
- User self-service - Through self-service, the end user can manage their identity themselves by managing photo, PIN and credentials with functions such as ordering, blocking and activating. The user can also view their existing access rights and apply for extended access.
- Automatic access assignment - In Serix, you can create a set of rules that automatically assigns access rights based on attributes of the identity. This means that groups of identities automatically receive correct access rights based on e.g. which department or location they belong to. Should these attributes be updated, the access rights will also be automatically updated for the new position.
