Conducted by LenelS2 Professional Engineering Services (PES), it can be done remotely or on-site, either before upgrades or as part of an annual maintenance plan. The assessment covers system resources, error logs, database management, and major configuration parameters like backup settings and encryption. While not a corrective tool, it offers detailed reports with recommendations to address potential issues and streamline system performance.
