The ECG100 features dual-core high-performance processors with 1GB RAM and 4GB flash storage to meet massive data requirements for edge computing in various fields of smart buildings, and enables second-level processing of up to 1,500 points of massive data; each fieldbus port is independently isolated to ensure the reliability of physical data channels; based on the Linux operating system, the Manager has built-in Honeywell cybersecurity software and encryption chips to ensure the security of user data.
To ensure accuracy and timeliness of data transmission, the ECG100 supports the function of BACnet Broadcast Management Device - BBMD. The ECG100 has BACnet data management capabilities that connect together BACnet IP networks with BACnet MS/TP networks, Modbus RTU networks, and secure their communications, thus monitoring and controlling HVAC, energy management, lighting, power, water supply and drainage, and other compatible devices and systems in smart buildings.
