Overview
Excel T7515A-D M-CelTM space temperature sensors are platinum resistance temperature devices (RTDs) used with Excel MicroCellTM and MacroCelTM controllers to control variable air volume (VAV) terminal units, water-source heat pumps, air handling units, and other equipment. Space sensors are available with or without an integral setpoint adjustment dial and an occupant override pushbutton with status LED. The push button allows setting the heating or cooling system to normal when the control system is in the unoccupied mode. The LED indicates the override status. T7515A-D space sensors are furnished with a connector for local operation of an Excel CCT2190 M-Cel Portable Operator Terminal.
