E-Mon Tenant Billing Manager

The E-MonTM tenant billing manager is a tenant billing system that allows users to read and monitor energy consumption data to generate invoices.

The application enables the user to view dashboards, including charts and widgets for demand analysis and energy monitoring.

• Alarm Management: The alarm console provides insights into the alarms generated for all the meters. It helps to identify the faulty meters and helps to take corrective actions quickly
• Rate Profiles: Supports rate profiles such as Flat Rate or Time-of-Use and can be defined for each billing group. Each billing group can have an individual or multiple Groups, Locations, or Tenants
• Meter Configuration: Supports electric meters communicating over BACnet IP, BACnet MSTP, Modbus TCP IP, and Modbus RTU on the CIPer Model 50 controller. It also supports meter shared between the multiple tenants.
• Invoices: Searchable invoices list based on their name, billing period, and invoice generation date. Invoices can also be viewed, downloaded, or deleted.
• Trends: Exports meter data of the Groups, Locations, and Tenants to spreadsheets for analysis (*.csv files).
• User Management: Allows the admin to add new users to the system. Also, the admin can edit and delete the user profile using user management.
• Dashboards: Provides charts like donuts for total energy consumption, a bar graph for daily energy consumption, and a spectrum chart for demand profiling.
• Web Interface: The dashboard is accessible through a web browser (Chrome), and it supports multiple users for configuration and monitoring.
• Billing: Allows configuration of demand charge for Time-of-Use profile, other charges, and the taxes for both rate profiles.
