The MASweb+ and MASmobile applications allow for the ability to access and manage MASterMind™ data in real-time using a web browser or mobile device. Additional capabilities include service and installation job management that allows technicians to complete jobs via a web browser or mobile device, an end user module that lets residential customers update their contact information and request service, and a comprehensive reporting function that allows for the ability to send custom reports to customers. Customizable to meet business needs, our web and mobile applications provide a new capacity of data management to dealers, authorized office staff, and even residential customers.

MASchat

MASchat is a web-based chat application used by contacts of monitored alarm systems to help in the prevention of false alarms. Seamlessly integrated with the MASterMind ecosystem, MASchat brings contacts together to verify the validity of an alarm collectively and accurately in a secure chat forum. This results in the significant reduction of false alarms and frees up emergency response services to handle real emergencies.

Introducing the new MASweb+, the secure way to provide remote access to your dealers, customers, and technicians.  The redesigned, simple and intuitive user interface provides dashboards to summarize account and signal data and automatically adapts to run on almost any device using standard web browsers.  Give your dealers the power to review and update their accounts, offer your customers another option for making payments, and allow your technicians self-service capabilities. All of which can reduce incoming phone calls to the Central Station and result in gaining efficiency and increased savings.

MASmobile Technician

The MASmobile Technician app is a comprehensive mobile app designed to let installation and service technicians manage and complete on-site installation and service jobs, view job assignments, update site information, and add job comments, all within a mobile device.

Real-time data

Real-time data synchronization keeps organizations up to date on current job assignments. Update job status on the go. View system configuration and all related zones, as well as previous jobs and alarms. Search through parts inventory and update charges on site.

Work Order and Signature Capture

The Work Order feature allows organizations to quickly provide billing information and send a copy of a work order instantly to a customer via email. The Signature Capture feature allows a customer’s signature to be obtained on site for added verification.

The MASmobile Technician app provides the perfect solution for installation and service technicians on the go.

Manage data for sites, contacts, systems, and even zones. Also assign agencies to a site. Retrieve a quick view of all the systems and sites assigned to a login.

Search by site, system, or phone number.

Place an entire system or specific zones on or off test remotely and in real time. Systems can also be placed on test by service type.
