Version Policy
MASterMind supports the current minor release and the two prior minor versions, with the oldest retiring six months after each annual release. This provides customers with a predictable, multi-year support window while helping ensure deployments stay aligned with modern security and compliance standards. Most customers upgrading every one to two years will remain fully supported, and those on older versions can work with their Honeywell account manager to plan a smooth, guided transition.
