Phoenix G2 Voice Alert for Automated Dispatching
The Phoenix G2 Voice Alert is a computer-automated dispatch module that assists public safety dispatchers in emergency calls by reading dispatch information aloud. The speech is generated in a fraction of a second and sent to individual stations immediately, relieving dispatchers of a time-consuming task.
Phoenix G2 Communications Gateway Dashboard
Phoenix G2 Communications Gateway Dashboard allows dispatchers to easily send automated dispatching messages to any number of fire stations. They can also use the Dashboard to monitor and acknowledge alerts as well as keep tabs on fire station alarms. The manual alerting capability helps fire agencies maintain NFPA 1221 requirements.
