Die Software "Excel Computer Aided Regulation Engineering" ('CARE') bietet grafische Werkzeuge zur Erstellung von Datenfiles und Steuerprogrammen für frei programmierbare CentraLine-Regler. CARE ist zusätzlich in der Lage, ein LON-Engineering-Tool für LonMark-konforme Geräte zu ersetzen. Mit CARE kann jede Applikation mit den frei programmierbaren Reglern von CentraLine programmiert werden.
CARE unterstützt die C-Bus-Systeme Panther, Excel 80, Excel 100, Tiger (zu programmieren als EXCEL 500), XL500, Excel 600 und LION-Regler sowie die BACnet-Systeme Falcon und EAGLE-Regler.
