    Torus is an elegant and sophisticated key management system. It is easy to install, configure and scale - across unlimited sites and locations, all with a single account. Torus is recognized as the only enterprise grade solution for managing physical keys. It enables user credentials to be interfaced from OnGuard into Torus and sharing all key usage events and alarms with OnGuard allowing you to manage and monitor usage of physical keys within OnGuard. The purpose of this integration is to empower customers to utilize OnGuard for access control and management of keys. The physical security of Torus cabinets is unparalleled and is based upon over 20 years of experience in providing key management solutions to military and other high security agencies. Inheriting the security credentials of Microsoft Azure, Torus is unmatched for security of your data. Torus software presents a powerful dashboard enabling real-time visibility of the status for all keys across unlimited locations within an enterprise. Users receive real time alerts via SMS and emails - these are configurable based upon your security requirements.

    Features & Benefits:
    • Easy to install - Torus cabinets are easy to install and there is no requirement for onsite software installation, which means minimal need for IT time, no servers, no server licences or SQL licences. The cabinets can be powered by PoE, meaning that you save the cost of installing a new mains power outlet. A Torus Software Account is established, then configured with users and access groups prior to the installation of a cabinet(s). The installer simply enters a provisioning key via the cabinet touchscreen and the cabinet inherits all the user credentials and access levels from Lenel OnGuard.
    • Easy to scale - A customer can use their Torus Software Account to manage unlimited number of keys and cabinets across an unlimited number of sites, globally. You are not constrained by requiring software installation or accounts for every site or region. Not only are Torus cabinets easy to install, but the overall solution is simple to scale across your enterprise.
    • Real time visibility - Torus Software enables you to have real time visibility for all of your organisations keys, in real time, from a single and intuitive dashboard. Your facility or security managers can manage access to keys from anywhere at anytime - they never need to be onsite where the cabinets are installed. The dashboard interface enables you to view who has keys and whether they are overdue to be returned. It also provides a global view of the enterprise (eg there are 57 keys that are overdue to be returned out of a total of 2000 keys being secured across 60 sites). The integration with OnGuard enables this real time visibility of which users have keys and if they are overdue to be returned by using the reporting available within OnGuard. All key transactions and alarms are shared and displayed within alarm trace window of OnGuard, in real time.
