NovaTime Time & Attendance Software

NovaTime is a flexible and easy-to-use software for personnel time recording. It is ideally adapted to the entire range of time recording terminals. NovaTime also features seamless integration with the most commonly used payroll and access control systems.

NovaTime is quick to install and configure and after a brief introduction, can be operated intuitively and conveniently by the user. NovaTime can also grow with the size of the company from 25 employees to over 10,000 employees.

Our NovaLite starter package is recommended for use in smaller companies. If required, this can be upgraded to the full version with all options at any time. There are many options available to meet specific customer requirements.

• Software package for 50 to 15,000 personnel data records
• Software can be operated from two workstations as standard (optional extension possible)
• Back-calculation capability for all postings, accounts, parameters and plans up to 20 years back, the current year and the following year
• Long-term archive can be set for read access to transaction data (SQLite)

• Predefined public holiday calendar for 16 federal states, can be extended for each state. Floating public holidays are calculated automatically. Weekend shift possible, e.g. to reflect Muslim calendars

• Linked booking types: With the linked booking types, it is possible to carry out up to 5 booking types with just one booking. The 5 booking types are called up by a higher-level main booking type.
• Alarm list/evacuation list, for outputting currently present persons - at the touch of a button - to the standard printer
• Mail dispatch Special mail enables a specific wage type to be checked for a value greater than 0 during the daily update. If applicable, a notification email will be sent to the relevant recipients.
• Cost center allocation: Here, the working times are also allocated to the cost centers with corresponding evaluations. Cost centers are changed manually or at the terminal.
• Time orders for time-controlled output of lists, absence times, etc.

  Note: If possible, always use the latest version of a browser. Each new browser generation improves the speed at which websites are displayed.Furthermore, the technologies used are better supported by the latest browsers.This increases functionality and significantly improves the display. Security also benefits from every browser update.
